Who We Are and What We Do

Laurel Lary Enterprises provides strategic facilitation and project consulting for leaders, families, and organizations — designed around three areas: setting a new Direction, building Alignment among the people and groups who need to move together, or navigating a Transition. Engagements range from a single focused session to sustained project consulting, depending on what a group needs. The work begins before the room: understanding the goal and designing the right level of engagement to reach it. Every engagement is forward-focused and generative — building on what's working and moving toward what's possible. Groups leave with clear next steps, and, based on client and project needs, a partner through execution.
