Clarity & Direction — Facilitation for Leaders, Families, and Organizations

Who We Are and What We Do

Laurel Lary Enterprises provides facilitation for leaders, families, and organizations — designed around three areas: setting a new Direction, building Alignment among the people and groups who need to move together, or navigating a Transition. Every engagement is forward-focused work for groups ready to move. Not conflict resolution or organizational repair. Dr. Lary's approach is generative, building on what is working and moving toward what is possible through reflection, shared thinking, and dialogue that creates clarity and a path forward.

Dr. Lary works as lead facilitator, designing and driving the full engagement, or as a supporting presence when another leader is at the helm, maintaining the overall shape and flow of the engagement, ensuring the conversation moves through its intended stages, and surfacing what the group cannot surface on its own. Dr. Lary's role is to support the leader in the room — so they can lead.
